ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Materials are subject to limited availability and will not be able to re-order if out of stock.

Please allow 3-4 more business days for any special orders or customizations. 

Shipping Domestic(CANADA)

There is a flat rate shipping charge of CAD$15 for all Canadian provinces and CAD$25 for all Canadian territories. Allow 5-9 business days for shipping time, and up to 13 business days for shipment to the territories. In-person pick-ups are unavailable at the moment.

SHIPPING UNITED STATED

There is a flat rate shipping charge of CAD$20 for all shipments to the United States. Taxes and duties extra, not included. Allow 7-11 business days for shipping time. 

Shipping International

We ship to most countries internationally. There is a flat rate shipping charge of CAD$25. For most countries, please allow approximately 4-5 weeks for shipping time. Specifications will be provided once orders are made, otherwise please email us at info@hanadeen.com.

Returns + EXCHANGES

Returns are only available for domestic shipments. Returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase and will be returned to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise cannot be worn, washed, or damaged, and must come with tags still attached. Returns must be within 14 calendar days of shipment arrival date. If the return does not comply to this return policy, the item will not be refunded and be shipped back to the customer. 

Exchanges in sizes only are available for domestic shipments and shipments to the United States. International sales are final sale. Exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of shipment arrival date. Merchandise cannot be worn, washed, or damaged, and must come with tags still attached. Additional shipping charges apply. If the exchange does not comply to this return policy, the item will not be exchanged and be shipped back to the customer. Please email us at info@hanadeen.com prior to sending items.

International sales are final sale.

All discounted sales or promotions are final sale.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders are subject to cancellations depending on material availability or international shipping restrictions.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Once the order is completed it can be processed through a return/exchange.
